بياناتكYour data

كل ما نحتاجه هو ملف الفوترة الذي يصدّره مزوّد السحابة أصلًا. لا نطلب صلاحيات ولا كلمات مرور، ولا نغيّر شيئًا في حسابك.All we need is the billing export your cloud provider already produces. We don't ask for access or passwords, and we change nothing in your account.

  • الوصولAccessلا صلاحيات كتابة، ولا وصول لبيئة الإنتاج، ولا بيانات دخول.No write access, no production access, no credentials.
  • الملفاتFilesيُحذف الملف المرفوع تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا من رفعه، أو قبل ذلك إن طلبت.Uploaded files are auto-deleted 30 days after upload, or sooner if you ask.
  • السريةNDAنوقّع اتفاقية عدم إفصاح عند الطلب.We sign an NDA on request.
  • التنفيذChangesفريقك يطبّق التغييرات، والتقرير يحدد له ما يغيّره بالضبط.Your team applies them. The report says exactly what to change.

هل تنفذون التغييرات؟Do you make the changes?

يُرفع الملف عبر اتصال مشفّر، ولا يطّلع عليه أحد غيرنا، ويُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًاEncrypted upload. Only our team sees it. Auto-deleted after 30 days.

بإرسال الطلب توافق على سياسة الخصوصية. نستخدم بياناتك وملفك لإعداد التقرير والرد عليك فقط، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة. الملفات مخزّنة لدى Cloudflare R2 في أوروبا خارج المملكة.By submitting you agree to our Privacy notice. We use your details and file only to prepare your snapshot and reply to you, and never share them. Files are stored with Cloudflare R2 in Europe, outside Saudi Arabia.
